Background checks

General background checks can be conducted for businesses, employers, people with rental properties and others.  A background check will be a surface check to confirm information from employment or rental applications and provides general address, phone, criminal/civil court and other history.  

A background investigation is a much deeper dive and does take more time than a background check.  This investigation will go further to determine any available details and disposition of court proceedings, trace back family and associations, assets, confirm addresses and phone numbers with surveillance or direct contact, use multiple databases to cross reference information, news articles, obituaries, hard to find documents, and more.  It is up to the client how far a background investigation will go.
