Process Serving

In North Carolina the jurisdictional Sheriff is required to make the first attempt to serve court papers upon an individual or business.  Often times the Sheriff's Office is too busy or unable to devote the necessary time and resources to locate the subject of court papers for service.  Go Pro Investigations will take the time, and take the extra investigative steps to locate, conduct surveillance, confirm, and get the papers served.  The investigator will make every attempt to capture photos and video of the service for court presentation if necessary.  

For routine services, with confirmed addresses or locations, there is a standard fee for 2 attempts.  If more attempts are necessary due to avoidance, additional fees would apply.  

For services requiring more investigative steps to locate a subject prior to attempting service, then hourly investigative rates would apply.
